Job description
Our client is seeking an Early Career Teacher (ECT) of Maths to join a highly regarded grammar school in Dorset. This is a full-time position starting in September 2026, offering excellent support and mentoring to ensure a successful launch into your teaching career. ECT Maths Teacher required to work on a full-time basis Prestigious grammar school in Dorset Join a highly successful and well-resourced Maths department with a structured ECT induction programme This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and motivated new teacher to begin their career in a school renowned for both academic excellence and pastoral support. The successful candidate will teach Maths across KS3 and KS4, with potential opportunities to contribute at KS5. You will benefit from an experienced mentor, regular observations, and personalised CPD designed to support ECTs. Experience and Qualifications ECT Maths Teacher (PGCE or equivalent completed) Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for Mathematics Dedication to continuous professional growth and inspiring young learners Legal ability to work within the UK School Information This grammar school in Dorset has a long-standing reputation for academic success, consistently achieving results that place it among the strongest schools in the South West.
