A well-regarded SEN school in Bristol is recruiting a dedicated School Administrator to join its team from January 2026 . This full-time, permanent position is ideal for someone with strong organisation, empathy, and resilience, who thrives in a role that directly supports student wellbeing and operational efficiency. • School Administrator • Full time • January 2026 start • SEN environment – highly rewarding role • Supportive and collaborative administrative team School Information This Outstanding SEN school supports children aged 4–19 with a range of complex learning, physical, and communication needs. The school is celebrated for its caring ethos, specialist provision, and holistic approach to education, ensuring every student receives personalised support and a rich learning experience. Facilities include: • Purpose-built therapy and sensory rooms • Specialist classrooms with adapted equipment • A dedicated pastoral and SEND support office • Multidisciplinary teams including therapists, nurses, and safeguarding specialists Staff at the school benefit from extensive training in safeguarding, communication strategies, and SEN best practice. The administration team works closely with teachers, support staff, external agencies, and families, meaning the School Administrator plays a central role in maintaining smooth communication and accurate record-keeping. Students are exceptionally well cared for, behaviour is excellent, and there is a strong emphasis on teamwork, patience, and compassion. Experience and Qualifications • Experience in school, SEN, healthcare, or safeguarding administration is highly desirable • Excellent organisational and data-handling skills • Empathetic, patient, and confident communicating with families and external agencies • Strong IT skills, including database and email management • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Salary Paid to scale.
