Job description
A well-established and high-performing secondary school in Worcester is seeking a highly organised Senior School Administrator to join its central office team from January 2026 . This is a key role supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of a busy 11–18 school. The Role Working closely with senior leaders and pastoral teams, you will provide high-level administrative support across admissions, student records, staff coordination and daily school operations. The role requires excellent attention to detail, confidence in managing competing priorities, and a calm, professional approach. Key responsibilities include: Managing student records and admissions data using the school’s MIS Coordinating communication with parents and external agencies Supporting safeguarding and compliance administration Producing reports, letters and official documentation Acting as a central point of contact for staff and visitors The School This is a well-regarded school with a reputation for strong behaviour, high expectations and a supportive working culture.
