The Opportunity & School Profile This Outstanding secondary school seeks a motivated Business Studies Teacher (ECT Support) to join its faculty. The role offers a supportive induction environment for a teacher ready to link theoretical business concepts with real-world application at KS4 (GCSE). Core Responsibilities & Teaching Scope Enterprise Guide: Instructing Business Studies across Key Stage 4 (GCSE) only. Market Analyst: Focusing on fundamental business concepts, financial literacy, and marketing principles. Investor Club Leader: Leading enrichment activities such as young enterprise schemes. Compensation & Benefits Essential Requirements: Hold or be soon to obtain QTS. Relevant Degree in Business or related field. Salary: Excellent salary paid on the national Teachers' Pay Scale (M/UPS). Support: Robust ECT induction programme and strong faculty support.
