Job description
Our client is looking for a Business ECT to join a highly regarded mixed secondary school in Birmingham . This is a permanent position to start from January 2026 . Business ECT required to work full-time Outstanding school in Birmingham Excellent opportunity to join a high-achieving and well-resourced Business department Our client seeks a motivated and inspiring Business ECT to teach across KS4 and KS5. This role offers excellent professional development and mentoring within a department known for exceptional results and a collaborative teaching culture. The successful candidate will have access to modern classrooms, digital resources, and excellent opportunities to contribute to curriculum innovation. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Early Career Teacher to begin their teaching journey in one of the city’s best schools, where student ambition, behaviour, and support are exemplary. Experience and Qualifications Business ECT with the ability to teach GCSE and A-Level Business Excellent subject knowledge and passion for Business Studies Enthusiastic, adaptable, and reflective classroom practitioner PGCE with QTS (or equivalent) Right to work in the UK School Information This Outstanding mixed secondary school in Birmingham educates over 1,500 students aged 11–18. With a long-standing reputation for academic success and a vibrant Sixth Form, the school achieves GCSE and A-Level results significantly above the national average.
