SEN Teacher – Inspirational Secondary School – Poole – September Start 📍 Location: Poole 📄 Contract: Full-Time, Permanent 💰 Salary: Competitive An inclusive and supportive secondary school in Poole is looking for a dedicated and passionate SEN Teacher to join their exceptional SEND team. Your Role as an SEN Teacher: ✔ Deliver tailored lessons for students with a range of learning needs, including ASD, dyslexia, and ADHD. ✔ Provide focused, one-to-one support and small group interventions. ✔ Collaborate with the SENCO and other professionals to implement personalized learning plans. ✔ Monitor and assess student progress and adapt teaching strategies to ensure success. ✔ Promote an inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and respected.
