Job description
We are seeking a passionate and committed Science Teacher to join a high-performing secondary school in Worcester. This is a full-time, permanent position, suitable for both experienced practitioners and Early Career Teachers (ECTs). The role offers the opportunity to teach across KS3, KS4, and potentially KS5, within a supportive and innovative Science department. About the Role As a Science Teacher, you will plan and deliver engaging lessons across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics. You will inspire students of all abilities to develop their scientific knowledge, practical skills, and problem-solving abilities. The role also involves assessing student progress, contributing to departmental curriculum development, and supporting enrichment opportunities such as STEM clubs and competitions. The school has well-equipped laboratories and provides strong technical support, allowing teachers to focus on delivering high-quality lessons and supporting student learning. You will join a collaborative team where ideas are shared, and professional development is actively encouraged.
