Job description
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Social Science Teacher to join an Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ School . The school is looking for an ECT or experienced Social Science Teacher to teach on a full-time, permanent basis. As one of the highest-performing schools in the region, they are oversubscribed with a waiting list to join their thriving community. Start Date: September 2025 Contract: Permanent Position: Social Science Teacher Teaching Subjects: Social Science (Sociology, Psychology, Criminology) to KS4 and KS5 Location: Rugby Salary: MPS1 – UPS3 Salary (with potential for TLR) Full Time ECT or Experienced Teacher School Information – Social Science Teacher The successful candidate will have the opportunity to join a highly successful and dynamic Social Science department on a permanent basis. What We Are Looking For: Degree in Social Science (Sociology, Psychology, Criminology, or related field) QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) Experience teaching to KS4 and KS5 Passion for inspiring students and fostering a love for the subject Strong classroom management skills and a collaborative mindset ECTs or experienced teachers are both encouraged to apply Why Join Us?
