Location: London Start Date: April 2026 Salary: Competitive and dependent on experience Looking for a school receptionist role where you are truly the face of the school? A friendly and inclusive primary school in London is seeking a warm and professional School Receptionist to join their team from April 2026. Role Overview This well-run school is known for: • a nurturing and inclusive ethos, • strong relationships with families and the local community, and • a calm, welcoming environment. The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and pupils, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all. The School The reception team plays a key role in supporting safeguarding, communication, and daily organisation. Key responsibilities include: • managing front-of-house reception duties, • handling phone calls, emails, and visitor enquiries, • supporting attendance and safeguarding procedures, and • assisting with general administrative tasks.
