With an impressive track record of multiple new aparthotels opening each year, we’re on an unstoppable journey, with exceptional properties across iconic European cities like London, Berlin, Edinburgh, Lisbon and Vienna We are on the search for our next Breakfast Cook (Chef) to help us create a truly amazing Wilde experience for our guests. At Wilde our Irish heritage mixes with local cultures to form new experiences that are unique to each city, and each Wilde. Ideally you will have 1+ years of relevant experience. Good collaboration skills are essential as part of the wider Wilde team What you can do for us: Be responsible for the execution of our Breakfast menu;- with a focus on high quality, health conscious and locally sourced produce to delight our guests, whether they be staying with us, or popping in to meet with their friends, family or colleagues. Work as part of the small kitchen team, assisting the Senior Cook with maintaining food costs and inventory, organising tastings with support from our culinary consultant, ensuring high standards of guest service and safety, supporting team learning and development, compliance, P&L management, and supporting the General Manager to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
