Graduate Learning Support Assistant – Primary School – Ealing – ASAP Start 📍 Location: Ealing 📅 Start Date: ASAP 📄 Contract: Full-Time, Term-Time Only 💰 Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience) Are you a recent graduate looking to kick-start your career in education? A welcoming primary school in Ealing is seeking a Graduate Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team immediately and provide invaluable support to students. Your Role as a Graduate Learning Support Assistant: 🔹 Support students 1:1 or in small groups , helping them with literacy, numeracy, and confidence-building. 🔹 Assist teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons . 🔹 Provide tailored support for students with SEN, EAL, or additional learning needs . 🔹 Help maintain a positive and structured classroom environment . 🔹 Support children’s social and emotional development through encouragement and patience. 🔹 Work alongside teachers, SENCOs, and parents to create the best learning outcomes for students. Who We’re Looking For: ✅ A recent graduate (degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is desirable). ✅ A passion for working with children and supporting their development. ✅ Strong communication and teamwork skills . ✅ A patient, proactive, and compassionate approach to learning support. ✅ Some experience working with children (e.g., tutoring, mentoring, volunteering ) is beneficial but not essential. ✅ Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
