Teacher of Religion, Philosophy & Ethics | Barnet

We are working with a high-performing independent school in Barnet to find a scholarly and articulate Teacher of RE for a permanent, full-time position. Starting ASAP, the school is looking for a specialist who can deliver high-quality Religion, Philosophy, and Ethics (RPE) lessons. The department is a hub of intellectual rigour, encouraging students to engage with global faiths and complex ethical debates in a tranquil, well-ordered setting. The Role Teach RPE across Key Stages 3 and 4, with potential for A-Level Philosophy. Lead inquiry-based seminars that challenge students' critical thinking. Contribute to the school’s inclusive pastoral programme and assemblies. Maintain high standards of academic attainment through rigorous assessment. The Person QTS and a degree in Theology, Philosophy, or Religious Studies. The school is unable to offer visa sponsorship; candidates must have the right to work in the UK.
