Sales Negotiator We are working with a well-established Edinburgh-based estate agency who are looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their busy and supportive team on a 12 month fixed term contract. The Role You will be responsible for managing a full caseload of properties, guiding clients from the point of listing through to the agreement of offers. You will be the main point of contact for clients throughout the process, so building strong relationships and delivering an exceptional level of service is key. Day to day you can expect to be: Managing a caseload of properties and providing regular client updates on sale progress Negotiating offers on behalf of clients Monitoring sales and suggesting marketing initiatives where required Liaising with solicitors and other estate agents Booking valuations and obtaining all relevant property details Updating viewing feedback within 24 hours Contributing to the overall success of the team by meeting and exceeding sales targets What We Are Looking For Previous experience in property sales negotiation Strong knowledge of the property industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organised with great attention to detail A confident, proactive and customer-focused approach Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team What's On Offer £30,000 - £33,000 depending on experience 12 month fixed term contract 32 days holiday including bank holidays Birthday off Enhanced maternity and paternity pay Pension scheme Wellbeing initiatives and access to an online health provider If this sounds like the right move for you, get in touch for a confidential chat today!
