EYFS Teacher Responsibilities · Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons and activities tailored to EYFS students. · Use a variety of teaching strategies to inspire curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning. · Observe, assess, and monitor progress, providing feedback and support to help each child reach their potential. · Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the EYFS curriculum and share best practices. · Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. · Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children’s progress and development. · Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school activities as required. EYFS Teacher Requirements · Bachelor’s degree in Education or Early Childhood Studies, or equivalent. · Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or EYFS teaching qualification. · Proven experience teaching in an EYFS or early years setting. · Excellent understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and assessment methods. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to create an engaging, inclusive, and supportive learning environment. · Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice. · Flexibility and adaptability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
