This could be an excellent opportunity to join a vibrant secondary school where your leadership and organisational skills will have real impact. • Vibrant secondary school based in Hereford • Premises Manager to lead and oversee all site and facilities operations • Full-time position | ASAP start Our client is seeking a proactive and highly organised Premises Manager to join a thriving secondary school in Hereford with an ASAP start. This is a senior operational role responsible for ensuring the school site is safe, secure, compliant, and well maintained at all times. The successful Premises Manager will oversee day-to-day site management, health & safety compliance, contractor coordination, planned maintenance, and premises development projects. You will manage site staff where applicable and work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to support the smooth running of the school. This role would suit an experienced Premises Manager or Facilities professional who is confident managing a large, active site and is committed to maintaining high standards. School Information This vibrant secondary school is known for its positive culture, strong student engagement, and commitment to high standards across all aspects of school life. Leadership is supportive and values the contribution of support staff as key members of the school community. Staff benefit from a collaborative working environment and clear communication from senior leaders.
