Job description
We are working with a prestigious secondary academy in Islington to appoint a Full-Time Receptionist for a temporary position. Starting this March, the school is looking for an organised individual to cover a long-term absence until the end of the academic year. About the School Located in the heart of Islington , this is an "Outstanding" rated academy known for its scholarly atmosphere and high expectations. The reception area is the face of the academy, and the school expects a high standard of professional presentation and efficiency. The staff room is a hub of professional growth, and the administrative team is often cited as the "engine room" of the school's success. It is a fast-paced, academic environment. The Role Act as the primary gatekeeper for the academy, managing visitor access. Coordinate student queries and assist with the daily distribution of reports. Support the Senior Leadership Team with administrative tasks and document preparation. Monitor the school's central email inbox and direct correspondence appropriately. Requirements Proven ability to multitask in a high-stakes environment. Excellent IT skills and a high level of accuracy in data entry. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK. Salary £110 – £130 per day (Depending on experience).
