Full-time, Permanent - September 2025 Start Are you a passionate and creative Teacher of Art and Design ? Do you want to inspire students to express themselves through art? We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher to join our thriving Art department in a secondary school in Westminster. About the School: Our school is a vibrant and inclusive learning community where students are encouraged to explore their creativity and develop their artistic talents. We provide a stimulating and supportive environment where students can experiment with different materials and techniques. About the Art Department: The Art department is a collaborative and supportive team with a shared passion for fostering students' artistic development. We offer a rich and engaging curriculum that covers a wide range of art forms. About the Role: Teach Art and Design across Key Stages 3 and 4, potentially Key Stage 5. Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons. Utilize a range of teaching methods and resources. Develop students' understanding of creative processes. Assess student progress, set targets, and provide constructive feedback. Contribute to the department's curriculum development. Foster a love of art and design in students. Work collaboratively with colleagues. Participate in professional development opportunities. Ideal Candidate: Holds QTS or equivalent. Possesses excellent subject knowledge in Art and Design. Demonstrates a passion for teaching Art and Design. Has strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
