About the Role: Deliver engaging and dynamic Physical Education lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, covering a range of sports and fitness activities. Develop and implement inclusive lesson plans that promote skill development, tactical understanding, and physical fitness. Coach school sports teams and contribute to the extracurricular sports program. Assess student progress in practical activities and fitness assessments, providing constructive feedback. Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong background in Physical Education. A good understanding of sports coaching principles and fitness training methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate students. A passion for promoting physical activity and healthy lifestyles.
