Primary Class Teacher – Innovative SEN School – Enfield Role: Primary Class Teacher Nature: Full-Time, Permanent Start: April 2025 or September 2025 Salary: MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance A specialist SEN school in Enfield is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Class Teacher to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with children who have a range of special educational needs, providing them with a supportive and engaging learning environment tailored to their individual needs. Role Highlights: Full-time, permanent position at a well-respected SEN school in Enfield Teach and support primary-aged students with a variety of needs, including autism (ASC), speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges Plan and deliver creative, engaging, and differentiated lessons suited to students' individual learning styles Work closely with SEN support staff, therapists, and parents to ensure a holistic approach to learning Foster a nurturing and structured classroom environment that encourages confidence, independence, and achievement Monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet their evolving needs Experience & Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Experience teaching in a primary setting, preferably within an SEN environment Strong understanding of SEN teaching strategies and behaviour management techniques A patient, adaptable, and caring approach to supporting students with additional needs Excellent communication and teamwork skills Enhanced DBS check required Why Join Us?
