We are looking for a passionate Music Teacher to join our team and inspire students at Key Stages 3, 4, and 5. The Role We are seeking a Music Teacher who can bring creativity, enthusiasm, and expertise to the classroom. Whether you are an Early Career Teacher (ECT) with a strong drive to develop or an experienced Music Teacher with KS5 teaching experience, we would love to hear from you. Key responsibilities will include: • Delivering engaging Music Teacher lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, with a focus on Key Stage 5 music to challenge and inspire students. • Developing and delivering a diverse and creative curriculum that includes performance, composition, music theory, and history. • Offering expert guidance in individual and group performances, helping students refine their vocal and instrumental skills. • Collaborating with the Music Teacher department to ensure the curriculum is dynamic, inclusive, and meets the needs of all students. • Supporting extracurricular music activities, including concerts, music clubs, and school ensembles. • Providing constructive feedback to help students excel in both practical and theoretical aspects of music. What We Are Looking For We are looking for a Music Teacher with: ✔️ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Music or a related field. ✔️ For ECTs: A commitment to professional development and growth within a supportive team. ✔️ For Experienced Teachers: Proven experience teaching Music at Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, with a track record of achieving strong student outcomes. ✔️ Strong knowledge of music theory, performance, composition, and history. ✔️ A passion for inspiring students to engage with music both practically and theoretically. ✔️ Creativity in lesson planning and a strong ability to make music education enjoyable and challenging. ✔️ Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. ✔️ A willingness to contribute to extracurricular music activities.
