The Role Position: Year 5 Class Teacher Location: Lincolnshire Start Date: January 2026 Contract: Permanent – Full-Time or Part-Time Considered TLR: Available for Subject or Phase Leadership (for the right candidate) As our Year 5 Teacher, you will: Lead a motivated Year 5 class, preparing pupils for Upper Key Stage 2 expectations. Deliver engaging lessons that develop literacy, numeracy, and wider curriculum skills. Use effective assessment to ensure all pupils make strong progress. Foster a classroom culture that is inclusive, supportive, and ambitious. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to maintain high standards. (If applicable) Take on a subject or phase leadership role as part of a TLR. What We’re Looking For We welcome applicants who: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Have experience teaching Upper Key Stage 2, ideally Year 5. Have strong knowledge of the Year 5 curriculum and assessment expectations. Are reflective, organised, and excellent communicators.
