What We’re Looking For We are seeking an Art Teacher who: Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in Art , Fine Art , or Art & Design . Has experience or enthusiasm for teaching Art across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 . Is passionate about nurturing students’ creativity and helping them develop their technical skills in various artistic media. Demonstrates strong subject knowledge and a student-centred approach to teaching. Is committed to creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment for all students. Encouraging students to develop their creative expression and critical thinking skills through art. Supporting students' progress through regular assessments, feedback, and tailored support. Participating in school-wide initiatives and extracurricular activities, such as art exhibitions , art clubs , and projects . Collaborating with colleagues to refine and develop the curriculum, ensuring it meets the needs and interests of all students.
