Job description
Are you a qualified Primary teacher looking to work in an Outstanding school? Can you deliver quality teaching to key stage 2 classes? • KS2 Teacher • Graded 'Outstanding’ By OFSTED • Inspirational Leadership & SLT • Excellent School with Many Opportunities to Progress • Choice of Year Group • Upper Pay Scale + TLR2b + Excellent Progression • KS2 Teacher – Permanent • KS2 Teacher April 2025 Start KS2 Teacher - Outstanding School This fantastic primary school is seeking a proactive and emotionally intelligent KS2 teacher to start in April 2025. The school is searching for an outstanding KS2 teacher who has the skills and drive to lead a fun-loving Year 4 or 5 class starting in April 2025. Only exceptional, experienced KS2 teachers will be interviewed for this permanent full-time position. The children are hardworking, caring, inquisitive, and imaginative, and the staff here aspire to develop well-rounded, confident pupils through a supportive pastoral environment. As a result, we are seeking a primary teacher who knows how to drive attainment and create engaging lessons. Responsibilities of a KS2 teacher: • As a KS2 teacher, you will be responsible for the pastoral care of the children, promoting teamwork, and cultivating a conducive learning environment. • Teaching the Key Stage 2 curriculum to groups of children while also focusing on each individual child's learning targets, encouraging their strengths, and improving their weaknesses. • Further developing maths ability and introducing fractions, statistics, and geometry. • Keeping track of children's progress and occasionally reporting back to parents.
