Full-time, Permanent - September 2025 Start Are you a passionate and engaging Teacher of Business Studies with a desire to inspire young minds and equip them with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in the world of business? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our thriving Business Studies department in a high-achieving secondary school in Hillingdon. About the School: Our school is a vibrant and inclusive learning community where students are encouraged to develop their entrepreneurial spirit, critical thinking skills, and a passion for business. We offer a supportive and stimulating environment where students can explore the world of business, develop their understanding of market forces, and gain practical experience. About the Business Studies Department: The Business Studies department is a collaborative and forward-thinking team with a shared commitment to providing students with a high-quality education in the principles of business and enterprise. We offer a stimulating and engaging curriculum that covers a wide range of topics, from marketing and finance to human resources and operations management. About the Role: Teach Business Studies across Key Stages 4 and 5, with the possibility of teaching at Key Stage 3 depending on experience and interest. Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons. Utilize a range of teaching methods and resources, including case studies, simulations, and guest speakers. Assess student progress, set targets, and provide constructive feedback. Contribute to the department's curriculum development and resource creation. Foster a love of Business Studies in students. Work collaboratively with colleagues. Participate in professional development opportunities. Ideal Candidate: Holds QTS or equivalent. Possesses excellent subject knowledge in Business Studies. Demonstrates a passion for teaching Business Studies. Has strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
