Job description
A high-achieving 11–16 secondary school on the outskirts of Hinckley is seeking a proactive and committed Early Career Teacher of Mathematics to join its well-established Maths team from January 2026 . This school is known locally for its excellent behaviour, respectful culture and strong academic progress — with Maths consistently performing above national averages. About the Role You will teach Maths across KS3–KS4, supported by a tightly sequenced mastery curriculum similar to the schemes used in leading Leicestershire schools. Every unit comes with high-quality teacher booklets, model examples, retrieval tasks and low-stakes assessments, making this an ideal environment for an ECT building confidence.
