Job description
Are you a passionate and dedicated Psychology Teacher looking to make a real impact in a thriving school community? We're partnering with an outstanding Grammar school in Dartford to find an exceptional Psychology Teacher to join their high-achieving department. This is a fantastic opportunity for both experienced teachers and ECTs who are eager to contribute to a supportive and enriching learning environment. This role is available as either a full-time or part-time position for an ASAP/April 2025 Start. About the Role As an Psychology Teacher, you will: Inspire a love of learning: Deliver engaging and dynamic lessons that ignite a passion for Psychology in KS4 and KS5 students. Foster problem-solving skills: Guide students to develop critical thinking and analytical abilities through challenging and rewarding activities. Champion individual growth: Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of all learners, providing personalized support and guidance to help each student reach their full potential. Collaborate and innovate: Work closely with colleagues to share best practices, develop innovative teaching strategies, and contribute to the ongoing success of the Art department. About You A Psychology enthusiast: You possess a deep passion for the subject and an infectious enthusiasm that motivates students. An exceptional educator: You are an outstanding classroom practitioner with a proven track record of success in teaching Psychology at KS4-KS5.
