School Administrator – Good School in Tower Hamlets Location: Tower Hamlets, London Start Date: January Contract Type: Full-time Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Are you an organised, friendly, and efficient administrator looking to make a difference in a busy school environment? A well-regarded secondary school in Tower Hamlets is seeking a proactive and professional School Administrator to join their supportive office team. About the School This “Good” rated school (Ofsted) has a warm, welcoming atmosphere and prides itself on excellent relationships between staff, students, and the wider community. The school values teamwork, efficiency, and a strong commitment to student success. The Role As a School Administrator, you will: Provide high-quality administrative support across the school. Act as a first point of contact for parents, visitors, and external agencies. Manage and update school records, databases, and correspondence. Support the Senior Leadership Team with day-to-day operations and communication. Assist with attendance monitoring, admissions, and general office tasks. The Ideal Candidate We’re looking for someone who: Has previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a school setting. Demonstrates excellent communication and IT skills (SIMS experience desirable). Is highly organised, accurate, and able to manage multiple priorities.
