Key Responsibilities Teaching and Delivering Lessons: Plan and deliver engaging music lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, ensuring all students are challenged and supported in their musical development. Fostering Musical Creativity: Encourage students to explore different musical genres and techniques, developing both their technical skills and their creativity in performance and composition. Assessment and Feedback: Regularly assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback, helping them to improve and achieve their full potential. What We Are Looking For Qualifications: A degree in Music or a related subject, along with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a relevant teaching qualification. Experience: Experience teaching Music at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, with a proven track record of successfully engaging students and delivering results.
