Your Role - Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons suited to pupils’ individual learning needs. - Create a positive and structured classroom atmosphere that promotes confidence and independence. - Collaborate with teaching assistants, therapists, and external professionals to ensure holistic support. - Track progress and contribute to EHCP reviews, maintaining detailed and accurate records. - Communicate effectively with parents and carers to celebrate achievements and share progress. - Contribute to the ongoing development of a highly inclusive and supportive school culture. About You - Qualified Teacher Status ( QTS ) or equivalent. - Previous experience working with children with SEND (particularly MLD or ASD). - A calm, patient, and flexible teaching style. - Strong knowledge of differentiated teaching and individualised learning strategies . - Excellent teamwork, organisation, and communication skills. - Passionate about ensuring every child can succeed, regardless of their starting point.
