Business Studies ECT – Boys’ Secondary School in Kingston (January Start) Location: Kingston Start Date: January 2026 Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Paid to Scale A well-regarded boys’ secondary school in Kingston is seeking a Business Studies ECT to join their successful Business & Economics Faculty. About the School The school boasts high academic standards and a supportive environment where new teachers thrive. Strong behaviour policies, modern facilities, and outstanding mentoring make this an excellent place to begin your teaching career. About the Business Department The department delivers GCSE and A Level Business, achieving consistently strong results. They provide excellent resources, including case studies, enterprise projects, digital learning platforms, and links with local businesses. ECTs receive guidance in planning, assessment, and classroom management. The Role Teach Business at KS4–KS5 under the guidance of experienced mentors. Support enterprise clubs, competitions, and business events. Contribute to team planning and innovative curriculum design. Requirements Working towards QTS with completion by January 2026.
