Job description
Our client is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join an Ofsted Good secondary school in Birmingham , recognised for its strong leadership and commitment to staff development. • Full-time Maths ECT required from January 2026 • Ofsted Good secondary school in Birmingham • Excellent opportunity for an ECT to grow within a supportive environment This is a fantastic opportunity for an ECT to join a collaborative Mathematics Department with structured schemes of work and a strong mentoring culture. Experience and Qualifications • Maths ECT or trainee teacher • Passionate about numeracy and problem-solving • Ability to teach Maths across KS3–KS4 • QTS (or expected QTS) • Commitment to inclusive teaching and development • Eligibility to work in the UK School Information This Birmingham school is focused on continuous improvement and staff support.
