Job description
About the Role An Independent secondary school in Camden requires a Science Teacher with a Physics specialism for a temporary position starting in April. The role involves delivering engaging Physics lessons at KS3 and KS4, and contributing to the wider science department. We are looking for a skilled Science Teacher to join our team. Responsibilities Deliver engaging Physics lessons at KS3 and KS4. Prepare students for examinations and assessments. Develop students' understanding of physics concepts and practical skills. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback. We require a Science Teacher who can perform these tasks. Contribute to the delivery of the science curriculum. Organise and lead science-related extracurricular activities. Qualifications and Experience Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialism in Physics. Proven experience in teaching Physics at secondary level. Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Physics. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
