Job description
Full-Time | £90–£110 per day | Westminster This exceptional private nursery in Westminster is seeking a confident and polished EYFS Practitioner to join their high-performing early years team. The setting is renowned for its structured, nurturing and aspirational approach to child development. About the Nursery The environment is calm, beautifully presented and designed to encourage focus, communication, early reading and creativity. Staff receive excellent training and benefit from supportive leadership and highly collaborative teams. Facilities include: Purpose-built early years classrooms Sensory and communication development areas Outdoor learning garden Enrichment spaces for music, movement and art Deliver a balanced blend of structured early learning and purposeful play Support phonics, early reading and vocabulary development Maintain calm, engaging learning environments Provide key worker support including observations and next-step planning Communicate professionally and warmly with families Encourage independence, self-regulation and good routines Uphold safeguarding and high professional standards Level 3 EY qualification preferred Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong EYFS knowledge Warm, nurturing and professional Role Responsibilities Deliver a balanced blend of structured early learning and purposeful play Support phonics, early reading and vocabulary development Maintain calm, engaging learning environments Provide key worker support including observations and next-step planning Communicate professionally and warmly with families Encourage independence, self-regulation and good routines Uphold safeguarding and high professional standards Ideal Candidate A fantastic opportunity for a committed practitioner seeking a polished, well-resourced early years environment.
