Job description
A vibrant school in Liverpool is seeking a passionate and dedicated MFL Teacher to join its experienced and supportive faculty. This position offers an exciting opportunity to teach French, Spanish, or another language across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, with the potential for Key Stage 5 for the right candidate. The successful candidate will inspire students through dynamic and engaging lessons, developing their language skills and cultural awareness. The Role The MFL Teacher will deliver high-quality language lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, helping students to become confident, multilingual individuals. The school encourages an immersive approach to language learning and provides a supportive environment where teachers can continuously develop their skills. There may also be opportunities for leadership roles and responsibility for the right candidate. Inspire students to appreciate and understand the culture and nuances of the language(s). Contribute to the development of the MFL curriculum and extracurricular activities. Help foster a passion for language learning and promote cultural awareness. Requirements and Qualifications Experience in teaching MFL (French, Spanish, or other languages). A formal teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE) and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire students. Legal right to work in the UK and a clear DBS check.
