Job description
A busy and well-organised secondary school in Surbiton is seeking a professional, reliable, and detail-oriented Admissions Assistant to join its administrative team. This is a full-time, permanent role, ideal for someone with excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and experience in administrative or customer service roles within an educational or similar setting. Preparing letters, forms, and correspondence related to admissions. Coordinating and scheduling admissions interviews, open days, and tours. Assisting with the induction of new students, ensuring a smooth transition into the school. Ensuring compliance with school policies and data protection regulations. Candidate Requirements Previous experience in administration, customer service, or school admissions is desirable. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and database management. Professional, approachable, and friendly manner. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality. Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
