Job description
Are you passionate about Business Education and ready to make a real impact? This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive school in Leicester this September . We are seeking an enthusiastic Business Teacher who can teach Business at KS4 and KS5 , with the potential for a TLR for the right candidate looking to take on additional responsibilities. Why This Role? Position: Business Teacher Location: Leicester Start Date: September 2025 Contract: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: Competitive salary, paid to scale, with TLR potential for the right candidate Your Responsibilities: Teach Business at KS4 (GCSE) and KS5 (A-Level) Create and deliver engaging, relevant, and innovative lessons Motivate and inspire students to achieve their best, with a focus on real-world application of business principles Foster a love for business, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy Collaborate with other departments and contribute to the development of the school’s curriculum What You Can Expect from the School: A school with a strong academic record and a clear commitment to raising student achievement A supportive, experienced leadership team focused on professional development A well-resourced and modern Business department with plenty of opportunities for growth and innovation The potential for a TLR for those wishing to take on additional responsibilities and leadership opportunities Excellent staff support , professional development, and a culture of continuous learning We’re Looking for Someone Who: Has a Degree in Business or Economics Holds QTS or equivalent teaching qualification Has experience teaching Business at KS4 and KS5 (GCSE and A-Level) Is eager to inspire students and deliver lessons that engage and challenge Has the ability to build strong relationships with students, colleagues, and the wider school community Why You Should Apply: If you are a dedicated Business Teacher ready to inspire the next generation of business leaders, this is the role for you.
