Are you a proactive and organised individual with excellent communication skills? An Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ secondary school in Slough is seeking a School Administration Assistant to join their team from January 2026 on a full-time, permanent basis. The administration team plays a key role in the smooth running of the school day, supporting teachers, senior leaders, and students. The school values teamwork, efficiency, and professionalism. Staff enjoy modern facilities, strong wellbeing initiatives, and easy access via public transport from across Slough and West London. Experience and Qualifications Previous administrative experience, ideally in a school or educational setting Excellent communication and IT skills (Microsoft Office / SIMS experience beneficial) Highly organised with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team GCSE Maths & English (or equivalent) required Salary Salary will be paid on the Support Staff Scale , commensurate with experience.
