Your Role as an Art Teacher: ✔ Deliver engaging and dynamic Art lessons across KS3, KS4, and KS5, inspiring students to develop their skills in a variety of mediums. ✔ Encourage students to explore their creativity through practical work and critical analysis. ✔ Provide constructive feedback to students, supporting their development and helping them achieve their artistic potential. ✔ Collaborate with the Art department to develop a rich, challenging, and inspiring curriculum. ✔ Organize and support extra-curricular art activities such as school exhibitions, art clubs, and competitions.
