Key Responsibilities - Plan and deliver high-quality lessons across the KS2 curriculum. - Assess, track, and report on pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs. - Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that motivates and inspires learners. - Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure holistic pupil support. - Contribute to the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities and school events. Requirements - Qualified Teacher Status ( QTS ) or equivalent. - Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 , ideally within KS2 year groups. - Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and assessment frameworks. - Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills. - A collaborative, reflective, and enthusiastic approach to teaching. - Commitment to inclusion, high standards, and pupil wellbeing.
