Job description
An Outstanding Ofsted-rated Mixed Secondary School in Brent, recognised for its commitment to raising aspirations and achieving excellent results in the Humanities, seeks an experienced Geography Teacher for a Permanent, Full-Time appointment, commencing January 2026. Compensation & Contract Job Title: Geography Teacher Contract: Permanent, Full-Time Start Date: January 2026 Salary: Paid on the Outer London Teachers' Pay Scales (MPS/UPS), commensurate with experience, plus potential TLR. The Role The successful Geography Teacher will assume responsibility for teaching Geography across Key Stages 3, 4 (GCSE), and 5 (A-Level), driving high student attainment and critical engagement. You are required to contribute significantly to the development of the curriculum, ensuring its relevance and rigour for a diverse student body. The Geography Teacher will be expected to engage fully with the school's robust instructional coaching and continuous professional development programmes. The school seeks a highly motivated and ambitious Geography Teacher dedicated to maintaining the institution's outstanding status and ethos.
