A relevant degree in Business or a closely related discipline. A proven track record as an excellent Business Teacher with mandatory experience teaching the subject to Key Stage 5 (A-Level or BTEC equivalent) . A genuine passion for the subject and the ability to inspire and challenge students of all abilities. The drive to uphold and contribute to the academy’s Outstanding standards. Salary and Benefits Main Pay Scale/Upper Pay Scale (MPS/UPS) for Teachers. The base salary will be paid according to experience within the statutory Outer London Pay Scale (The Outer London Main Pay Range minimum is approximately £37,870 as of September 2025).
