Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and well-structured Girls' PE lessons across Key Stages 3-4 (and potentially KS5). Inspire female students to achieve their full potential in physical education and develop a positive relationship with their bodies and well-being. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance the sporting and well-being opportunities for female students. Contribute to the organization and delivery of extracurricular sports clubs and initiatives focused on girls' well-being through physical activity. TLR opportunities may be available in areas such as leading specific girls' sports teams, managing the girls' extracurricular sports program, developing well-being initiatives through PE, or establishing partnerships to promote girls' health and fitness. Qualifications & Experience: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Degree in Physical Education or a related field. Experience teaching PE at secondary level, with a passion for engaging girls and promoting their well-being (ECTs welcome to apply). A strong commitment to student success, well-being, and the promotion of girls' participation in sport and physical activity. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be a positive role model and advocate for young women. A desire to take on additional responsibilities and contribute to leadership within girls' PE, school sport, and well-being initiatives (for TLR consideration).
