Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and passionate Psychology Teacher to join a thriving and ambitious Ofsted Good secondary school in Swindon from January 2026 . The school has over 1,200 students on roll and is highly regarded for its academic excellence, inclusive ethos, and strong sense of community. The successful candidate will teach Psychology across Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 , delivering engaging and thought-provoking lessons that help students develop analytical skills, research ability, and a deep understanding of human behaviour. This is an excellent opportunity to inspire students in a subject that promotes critical thinking, reflection, and curiosity. The Social Sciences department is one of the school’s most successful faculties, achieving excellent results at GCSE and A-Level. Psychology is among the most popular Sixth Form subjects, with many students progressing to study Psychology and related disciplines at Russell Group universities.
