What You Will Be Doing Delivering Engaging Lessons : Plan, teach, and assess high-quality lessons in a range of subjects, inspiring Year 5 students to achieve their best and develop a love for learning. Collaborating with Colleagues : Work closely with your fellow teachers to ensure consistency in planning, teaching, and assessment across the school, sharing ideas and best practices. What We’re Looking For We are seeking an individual who: Has a Passion for Teaching : A dedicated teacher with a genuine passion for working with Year 5 students and helping them achieve their best. Has Experience in Upper Key Stage 2 : Experience teaching Year 5, or a strong understanding of the Upper Key Stage 2 curriculum and the developmental needs of this age group. Is Collaborative : A team player who enjoys working with others to share ideas, resources, and strategies for continuous improvement. Has Excellent Communication Skills : Ability to communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and parents, building strong relationships and ensuring that all stakeholders are well-informed. Is Flexible and Adaptable : Able to work in a part-time role while managing time effectively and ensuring that every child receives the support they need.
