Job description
Are you an imaginative EYFS Teacher seeking a Full-Time role in an Independent School in Lambeth with a January 2026 start? This Independent School has a calm, play-rich EYFS environment and is looking for an EYFS Teacher who will plan before January 2026, attend induction in January 2026, and teach from January 2026. *** EYFS Teacher Lambeth *** EYFS Teacher January 2026 start *** EYFS Teacher Full-Time Independent School role Why this EYFS Teacher role? This Independent School prioritises early language and strong adult–child interactions. The EYFS Teacher will lead continuous provision, deliver systematic phonics sessions and plan rich outdoor learning. The EYFS Teacher will have small group support and time for focused assessment from the moment planning begins before January 2026 and throughout the term after January 2026. What we offer the EYFS Teacher • Bespoke induction for the EYFS Teacher in January 2026 and ongoing coaching. • High-quality resources and well-designed indoor/outdoor settings for the EYFS Teacher to develop. • A collaborative team where the EYFS Teacher is supported to innovate and share practice within the Independent School. Person specification — EYFS Teacher The ideal EYFS Teacher will hold QTS or EYTS, have strong early-years practice and a love of play-based learning. The EYFS Teacher should be confident using observation-led assessment and able to work with families to support transitions. The EYFS Teacher will begin pre-term preparation prior to January 2026, attend induction during January 2026, and lead their class from January 2026.
