Job description
An Outstanding Ofsted-rated Secondary School in Hampshire requires a permanent, full-time Maths Teacher to join their faculty in January 2026. This is an excellent career opportunity for an experienced professional seeking a rewarding role in a supportive environment. About the School The School is an established, Outstanding-rated comprehensive school for boys and girls (ages 11-18), recognised for excellent academic results and a thriving Mathematics department. Responsibilities The Maths Teacher will deliver inspiring and rigorous tuition across Key Stages 3, 4 (GCSE), and 5 (A-Level). The teacher is responsible for driving high attainment and encouraging sophisticated problem-solving and abstract thought. They must actively contribute to the school's culture of academic scholarship and critical inquiry. The Maths Teacher is expected to contribute to consistent high academic progress and participate proactively in departmental planning. Requirements Holds or is soon to obtain Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Has the right to work in the UK. Holds a Degree or has experience teaching Mathematics.
