The Role As a KS1 Teacher, you will: Plan and deliver exciting and engaging lessons tailored to KS1 students. Encourage independence and critical thinking, preparing students for the next stage in their learning journey. Work closely with colleagues to share ideas, best practices, and contribute to the wider school community. Engage in professional development, with excellent mentoring for ECTs and career progression for experienced teachers. What We’re Looking For A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Passion for teaching in KS1 and a commitment to inspiring young learners. A solid understanding of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents. A proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic approach to classroom teaching. A commitment to continuous professional development and a willingness to learn from experienced colleagues.
