Job description
A high-achieving 11–18 school in Leicester is seeking a dedicated Maths ECT to join its thriving Mathematics department from January 2026. The Role You’ll teach Maths at KS3–KS4 using mastery-driven schemes that are broken down into clear, coherent small steps. Each unit comes with model examples, diagnostic quizzes, pre-planned worked solutions and routines designed to build fluency and reasoning. You’ll benefit from structured lesson frameworks, shared booklets and visualiser-ready explanations to reduce workload and maintain consistency.
