Job description
A high-performing rural secondary school just outside Hereford is seeking a dedicated Geography ECT to join its friendly Humanities department from January 2026 . The Role You’ll teach Geography across KS3–KS4, delivering lessons grounded in enquiry, geographical literacy and strong case-study knowledge. The school has well-established fieldwork programmes, including river studies, rural settlement visits and urban investigations. About the School This “Good with Outstanding features” school is known for its exceptional pastoral systems and positive relationships. Students are polite, engaged, and respond well to structured routines. The Humanities department benefits from spacious classrooms, shared teacher planning offices and up-to-date digital atlases and GIS resources.
