The Role This leadership role involves supporting the Head of Science in the management and development of the Science department. You will have the opportunity to teach across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, with a specialism in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics at Key Stage 5. As 2nd in Charge, you will assist in curriculum development, implement teaching strategies, and ensure high standards in student progress.
